This program includes barbell work mainly for the lower body (squats, deadlifts) and gymnastics for upper-body strength (pull-ups, push-ups) and lots of fun conditioning work utilizing slam balls, kettlebells, box jumps, etc. The boot camp curriculum does not include high-level gymnastics movements or Olympic Lifting.
